DH- Land & Liaison

Purpose of the Role 
To ensure effective environmental compliance and regulatory management across the plant by obtaining and maintaining all applicable environmental consents, authorizations, and statutory approvals, including EC, CTE, CTO, Hazardous Waste, BMW, CGWA/SGWB NOC, and other applicable permissions. The role is responsible for ensuring timely compliance with conditions stipulated by MoEF&CC, CPCB, SPCB, CGWA/SGWB, SEIAA/SEAC, and other regulatory authorities.

Job Responsibilities (KRA)
1.     To prepare R & R Plan and road map along with timelines and strategy. Map Land possession plan with production plan with strict adherence to timelines. 

2.     To Liaise with concerned Govt. authorities, the village committees and ECL (Principal Employer) to arrive at consensus on the rate of compensation / measurement methodology. Support the PAFs in the shifting process. Facilitation of resettlement at rehab site.

3.     Step by Step discuss the matter with the villagers and motivate and convince them to shift to new rehabilitation site. To ensure and supervise for arranging all facilities while shifting from old villages to new rehabilitation site. To ensure and monitor those facilities assured as per policy to the villages are sufficiently provided on agreed time from ECL and RCML. To plan selective community development initiatives to garner confidence of the villagers.

4.     Facilitate timely clearance of various statutory approvals in order to facilitate R&R process. Ensure & Facilitate land acquisition for mining. Ensure no deviation in statutory returns.

5.     To prepare plan and strategies along with the time lines. To discuss with ECL authorities about the status of land and facilitate them with the information.

6.     To hold meeting with villagers and address their problems, grievances to ECL to make strategy for physical procession of land.

7.     To keep regular contact with the leaders and convince. them. To apprehend and address situations and resolve them with the help of villagers and social leaders. 

8.     Monitor and analyse track of every day, review monthly report. Project report to the management for appropriate decision making.

Job Requirements (KPI)
Desired Qualification           : Masters in any stream or Post Graduation 

Experience range                  : 15-20 years
